Had a leak from upstairs toilet. Seems thevslow leag (1 drop every 30-45 seconds) dates back to a previous renovation. Leak was into bulkhead in London bing room. Drywall was so soft you could put finger through it. Cut our bad section which exposed pipes. We took up toilet, replaced seal and reinstalled ourself. Result leaked even more.
Sent request to Relisble and Ozan called within 15 minutes. Cam by an hour later and replaced pipe damaged by our renovator, reinstalled toilet etc. and was done in just over 2 hours. Great service considering he had to remove a copper flange thar had screws rusted in and head filled completely such that they had to be drilled out.
Ozan and his associate were friendly and courteous. The work appears absolutely perfect. Will be keeping the card hand for future requirements as well as recommend highly to friends.
