Expert Plumbing & Drains

Had a leak in the shower located in the 2nd floor of the house. Jay from Expert Plumbing came over, inspected from above, explained that the only option was to look from underneath (making a hole in the ceiling of the 1st floor). Jay replaced the part that was leaking (P trap) and solved the problem. Really happy with the turnaround (I was advised when Jay was going to be here, and he arrived on time) and the entire process.

We are in a new home and noticed that the kitchen sinks did not drain properly in the main floor kitchen as well as in the basement kitchen.
I called after hours and got a service appointment for first thing next morning even though it was not an emergency.
Jacob did a fantastic job explaining the issues and clearing the blockage. I am highly impressed with the speed and quality of service received.

Our boiler system was failing so I called Expert Plumbing & Drains. Danielle answered and had Dakota come to our office promptly. Dakota did a wonderful job trying to find where our system was failing. The Team worked together to troubleshoot and also communicated with our other contractor to come up with a solution. I contacted Expert Plumbing & Drains to install a cabinet/sink combo that I had waited months for my very busy partner to be able to get to. They were very responsive and arranged to come within a week to do the work. I was sent text confirmations at every stage including when they were heading to our location.
