we live in downtown toronto where space is limited; that is to say that scaffolding machinery would have made this job a lot easier but could not be accommodated. zubeyir and mustafa were phenomenol! they dismantled and disposed of our 35-year-old third-floor deck and built the new deck in less than a week, in the midst of a heat wave no less! they were remarkably pleasant, punctual, seemingly tireless (ten hour days!), and unfailingly professional. all work sites were left clean, all specifications met, and the deck came in on budget. fantastic!

We know it is sometimes boring/difficult to have renovation in the house while living in the same place especially when there is no outside access to the site.
