TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

The evening after we discovered a huge wasp nest just outside our third floor, I wrote to TSR. Alan responded promptly in the morning and said he'd send someone to deal with it that day. Indeed two very skilful and pleasant people, Sal and Gunel, showed up before lunch. Not only did they solve my problem, they were also willing (for an additional charge, of course) to address the similar problems of two of my neighbours. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with no disruption to our lives. Highly recommend.

We've been dealing with mice in the basement for weeks. No matter what we did, we keep finding one. So we figured, its time for the professional.

He came right away, looked around to find access points. He then put his poison where these were. He then explained why and what do we need to do keep mice away. It turns out, the mice were coming from our dirty neighbor. The poison killed a couple more mice, we found them all in between our house and the dirty neighbors' house.

He suggested, given the situation we need to reseal all our access points and he will replenish the poison every 6months.

Happy to have a solution and a plan for maintenance.

It is not hard to notice that these guys are serious professionals and problemsolvers. Hiring them was a great decision. Everything they suggested against red squirrels worked like a charm

Ever since Sal responded to our rat problem, we havent experienced any new signs. He was kind enough to point out the potential entry points. Eliminating those made a big difference.
