All that time, what they were doing was collecting information about the travel routes of rats. Anyways, these guys delivered on their promise.

They were out the next morning and confirmed it was a raccoon. They set up animal friendly cage on our roof where they had broken in. The raccoon left but then returned and broke through another vent. TSR suggested we put wire topping on all vents so they couldn’t get back in. They replaced broken vents and we’ve had no problems since. Now 2 of our neighbors have raccoons and I recommended TSR. They are a great caring company.
