TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

Sal is a true professional and very trustworthy comtractor. He explained the project in great detail and did not try to sell us extras like some other contractors try to do. He also explained the risks of not wildlife-proofing other areas without exaggerating and left the choice to us. We decided not to overspend with this project given the economic uncertainty of this pandemic. We appreciate Sal’s honesty and hard work.

One morning I found a large piece of soffit on the ground and called the aluminum facia repair person. Thankfully, he noticed some animal hair around the framing and advised against repairing without wildlife removal consultation. That’s the reason we hired TSR. They came and found out there were two raccoons in my attic. They removed them and patched the soffit quite nicely.

Tsr does regular bug spraying against spiders, flies, etc and anti rodent maintenance at our property. They have always provided good service and never let us down in many years of service.

Sal and his team solved our long-lasting squirrel problem. They knew how hard the job would be given the numerous large trees in close proximity to our home and told us what to expect. That's precisely what we were looking for. We needed a company that would complete this project rather than trying some easy fixes and giving up when they did not work.

I decided to hire tsr after we came across their video of raccoon removal in a video sharing website. Sal is a very quick man and a master of his trade. The work he did for us is impressive. He is not scared of wild animals and it looks like animals respect him for that!

TSR technician showed up at the scheduled time. He checked the outside of our building and found the holes rodent used to get in. He treated the house for mice and offered us some additional preventive service. The treatment worked as promised.

I realized there was a squirrel nest in my house and suspected that there could be babies in the nest. TSR sent their technicians over who confirmed my worries. They removed the nest and ensured the mama squirrel relocated her babies out of my property. Once they confirmed there were no more squirrels, the technicians blocked the hole squirrels had chewed in the wood facia of my house.

Sal from TSR came to our home to remove a large wasp hive from a tree in our backyard. The hive was the size o a basketball. We were fearful that our children would get hurt. Sal took the hive out the same day we placed the service request. We have kept his contact details for our future pest control needs.

TSR's office staff were very helpful when scheduling our appointment. They did their best to accommodate our work-from-home schedule. They followed the COVID protocols and made sure we were feeling comfortable and safe while the work was being done. Their service was quick and professional. I highly recommend TSR if you need help removing wildlife pests from your house.

We don’t like mice. We were very upset when we found out mouse droppings under our stove. I did some research online and decided to hire TSR. Their technicians did an excellent job and got rid of all the mice for us.
