TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

I dealt with three local companies over the last two years. None had been able to find out how rats were getting into our house. Sal and Alan detected the entry point under our deck that other exterminators failed to see. They installed a one way door to keep the rats out.

Sal resolved the raccoon issue during the same visit. He did not set up traps or one way doors. He found where the raccoon was hiding and took it out right away.

We called TSR for removal of mice. They promptly came, said that the problem was resolved, and took our money. A week later, we still had mice issues. A week further, and the problem was NOT resolved. We tried to call them on numerous occasions in order to come back and look into why we were still having mice issues. Over the next week, it took several phone calls, and finally he sent someone to look into the matter. They were abrupt and rude. Our issue to this day has still not be resolved. We now have to find another pest control company.

I am very happy with the bird removal service provided by TSR. The technician named Sal is a master of his trade. He removed the nest and made sure our vent was properly cleaned and sanitized. He also installed a new bird proof cover to prevent their return.
