During the planning phase I had discussed the possibility of adding Millwork and he suggested an amazing contact that brought the whole project together beautifully. Very professional painting company. Overall an amazing experience. My walls were damaged and holes from the nails. Matthew fixed everything and the painting is very professional you can't even tell it was ever damaged. I would highly recommend him for all your painting needs. I hired Matt and his team as per my neighbours recommendation who used I Know A Guy at their own place. I was not disappointed! Matts crew did a great job painting my bedroom/bathroom, and were very meticulous about keeping things clean and tidy. In addition, the ease with which I was able to interact with Matt and his team left me with no doubt about using I Know A Guy for future projects. Job well done!

I cant say enough about this company. Matthew was very easy to work with. Communication was great, always responded in a timely manner. He did a fantastic job not complaints and uses good quality paint. He was in and out in a day and left everything cleaned up after. He followed up the next day to ensure I was satisfied! His honesty and determination to please his customer goes unnoticed. I will be using him again and will definitely refer him to friends and family

Painting crew that came was rushed and argumentative. Deficiencies were acknowledged, but never completed. They have never made the time to return to fix the issues, always "too hectic, under the weather, slept-in, can we reschedule..." a month later Matt has stopped returning my calls or texts. Would not recommend. Agree with the previous reviewer on follow up/ customer service.

Less than a year later exterior paint is bubbling. I have attempted to contact the business to ask about job warranty sent pics as well and they never respond. Will not refer this company to anyone.
