Squeaky Cleaning

I recently booked a deep clean service with Squeaky Cleaning. I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've had, especially it dealing with a cleaning service.

I had initially booked an appointment but needed to reschedule by a few days shortly after. I was having trouble doing do on my own so I reached out to their customer service department in hopes that they would be able to assist me. And of course, they did. Their agents were prompt and professional.

On the day of the actual cleaning, I was given a 1 hour arrival window and so I was expecting the cleaner to arrive closer to the hour mark. This was not the case at all. They sent Roderic and he was right on time at my initial booked time. My husband and I are so very pleased with what Roderic did in the 7 hour deep clean. We initially booked him for 6 hours but since there was more beyond the deep clean that I wanted (such as decluttering of certain rooms, special attention to certain areas, etc), I called to extend it by an extra hour. This was so quick and painless when I called to extend as well. Roderic was professional and efficient during his entire duration. He was thorough and listened to my requests, and tried to accommodate as much as he could during his time cleaning. I would highly recommend Squeaky Cleaning to anyone looking for secure, professional and top notch cleaning service. Let's now hope we can keep our home in the state Roderic left it.
