We had our house deep cleaned by Joy. She did such a great job and was a Joy to be around :)

This was my first time booking a professional cleaning for my small condo in Mississauga (as I was beyond overwhelmed with school and work). The whole process from customizing and booking my appointment to the cleaning and the follow up were all very well done. Highly recommend, super reliable, and I'd definitely be booking them again in the future!

Moving out of a condo I needed someone to take care of the cleaning since I had no supplies or energy to do it myself. My schedule changed a few times and Oriana and Karla were more than flexible and helpful in rescheduling my date.

On the day of the cleaning, Joy showed up on time and with the biggest smile! she knew exactly what she was doing and the order she's doing it in to get it done in the 4 hour timeslot. She vacuumed the bedroom and den twice and mopped the floors so clean you could eat off of the floor.

The bathroom and kitchen were beyond spotless with every corner inside and outside the cabinets cleaned to a tee. The counters were shining in both rooms. Joy also cleaned the stove and fridge inside and out.

All in all, next time I need a cleaner, I will definitely be calling Squeaky Cleaning and asking for my Joy :)

Hired for deep clean of an empty home. They claim to deep clean and simply wipe surfaces leaving grime , dirt and spreading germs. The cleaner will use the same mop and water for the entire property - which is unsanitary and disgusting. THE ENTIRE HOME IS LEFT SMELLING OF WET BATHROOM MOP (pissy). The home did not smell prior! Not one area they started they could clean was executed - walls are still stained, baseboards dusty and light switches filthy. They are swindlers! Hire anyone else!

Edit (Aug 25): Updating my review as client support reached out to me within 24 hours to discuss my experience. They were understanding and apologetic, and offered a partial refund due to the issues I faced. Although the cleaning experience was not great, I am content with the support and response afterwards.

Booked a move-in deep clean and had several issues:
- Our booking was supposed to be for 5 hours with 2 people, but one of them didn't show up. We had to reach out to support and another person arrived 4 hours later (meaning we had to stay and waste an additional 4 hours of our time).
- We were told that a cleaner cancelled last minute, but given that I was asked the night before whether I would like to move the appointment to another day, I suspect that this was known beforehand and don't appreciate the lack of transparency.
- The 1st cleaner kept pushing for us to add more time. They were being inefficient though as they left dust in already cleaned areas. The only reason they think more time was needed is because they had to re-clean areas they already "covered".
- The 2nd cleaner cleaned for 1 hour less than what I had booked, so I have asked for this to be reflected in what I'm charged.

I don't have a large condo, but I wanted it really well cleaned from top to bottom. I was told one person would come for six hours. I thought, "The place isn't that big." But Hector came and worked diligently for a full six hours. He took books off shelves, moved furniture to get behind it and made our kitchen shine. The bathroom was cleaned in every corner, and the floors were spotless. I liked how they wanted to know if there was anything specifically I wanted special attention paid to and called before the appointment to ensure I was expecting Hector. They also followed up at the 4 1/2-hour mark to see how it was going. Squeaky Cleaning proved to be customer-oriented and caring.

Squeaky Cleaning did a fantastic job with the move-out deep clean I requested! Especially happy with the like-new state of the oven and microwave!
