My wife are and I were reluctant to get our roof re-done. Our home was built just over 7 years ago and we weren’t anticipating having to replace the roof so soon. Alvarez Roofing was the the 4th and final company to provide us with a quote. The quotes were all pretty comparable but Freddy @ Alvarez was the only roofer that took the time to see what we wanted my wife and I actually wanted out of the project. He was very patient and thorough as we went back and forth on product specs and colour options. The other companies had more of a take or leave it attitude. In the end Freddy and his wife Ashley helped us make an informed decision about our new roof and we’re absolutely thrilled with the finished result. The crew that did the work were meticulously about the install and conscientious about our property. We are loving the look of our new roof and no longer worry about losing shingles when the strong winds howl. Alvarez roofing has restored our peace of mind about our roof and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
