We had water damage in our basement and Greg contacted me right away and explained what needs to be done and what to expect. His recommendation and the work done exceeded my expectations. A few months ago we shut down our basement due to a serious water problem.
We interviewed a significant number of contractors who quoted a wide range of prices to fix it. Some of these quotes were scary in the amount quote. Only when we had A and A on site and met with them did we sense we were talking to a company that was really listening to us ; we eventually decided to let A and A remove the entire old flooring- then we were all able to see the source of the water ; A and A also did some research for us and found an an excellent repair company which came and did a great job sealing off the leak and putting in a sump pump, saving us many thousands not having to tear up the entire perimeter ( interior / exterior exterior). A and A then finished up their part of the work.
AandA were patient, professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Were sure youd find them the same way with you should you get them to work for you.

Greg came in and was honest and upfront right from the beginning. They re-levelled the floor, replaced all the flooring and installed new tiles, new vanity and all the plumbing.
The people he has doing the work are friendly, respectful and superiorly skilled. They were on time, on budget and were totally transparent through the whole process.
