I am so impressed with the excellent service and also excellent work from Gold Star. He was so responsive to our needs, and so efficient.
Mayer promptly assessed our (old) malfunctioning dishwasher, and after trying his best, determined that this was not worth to repair. (And didn't charge for the two hours that he spent trying!).
Then after we ordered a new dishwasher, we kept in contact and the day after it arrived, there he was, on a weekend, to install it perfectly.
With his integrity, honesty, conscientiousness and excellent work, he is a real gem. Thank you!

Meir was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional.
My dryer was making a loud squealing sound which could have been either the rollers, the idle pulley, the belt or all three. Since the dryer was 12 years old, I followed Meir’s good advice and told him to order the LG kit which contained all these parts. My dryer is all new inside now and works perfectly. Meir took apart the dryer to replace the parts and vacuumed the inside of the dryer before putting it back together.
I would definitely use Goldstar again and would recommend them.

Our refrigerator was not cooling properly so we contacted Gold Star on a Sunday morning (after reading other excellent reviews on Homestars) and received an immediate response with an appointment on Sunday morning. Maor very quickly identified our problem as ice build up and told us that defrosting our fridge for 24 hours would fix the issue. He kindly explained everything as he went along including what to watch for to prevent any future ice build up. His consultation fee was very reasonable and we were very impressed with his work ethic and his straight forward, professional yet personal approach, putting the customer first. He told us to call him with any questions day or night and he is happy to help. We highly recommend Gold Star and will certainly call them again for any future appliance repairs!

Mayor was great! He set up a time to diagnose my appliance within a few hours. He was very transparent with cost and what parts needed to be ordered. He didn't charge us for the initial appointment and put us at ease that we were not being taken for a ride. Our oven was fixed within 48 hours of being diagnosed. Took his card because we will definitely be calling him again.
