I had contacted a few companies for mold remediation due to old water damage in my parents bathroom and dining room. One was a big well known company who didn't seem to need to work, and the others were smaller, well reviewed, economical companies - but not the standard I was looking for.
Alex, from the moment we spoke, was a wealth of information and his answers to my "test" questions were bang on. The added bonus was they offered testing through an accredited lab. As it was my parents home, I wanted to know exactly what issues we were dealing with in a 50 year old house. Alex's pricing was fair and he spent the time explaining the estimate.
Charles handled the work with friendly and professional ease. Always punctual and answered all my questions (I had a lot!) with informative responses from his years of experience.
The process was as I had hoped - containment areas were set up from floor to ceiling, Charles wore proper attire in the containment area, and there was a "clean" area to avoid cross-contamination outside of the work areas.
Pre mold/asbestos and the post mold tests were worth its price for peace of mind, and a testament to Charles' diligent work.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Alex and Charles, and the mold remediation service offered.
