I was very impressed with our service personas soon as I answer the door, he was very straight forward with a very pleasant demeanor. they performed the mold remittance in our attic two days after our first contact. we were provided with a free estimate, the general maiger that called me after the free quote was done was very informative, and knoladgable providing us with a complete explanation of what needed to be done, Alex has great integrity and I never had the feeling that he was just trying to make as much money as possible from our job. in-fact, Alex even reduced the cost of the job based on our needs. we are extremely pleased with the end result, friendly demeanor, honesty, and general concern to only do the duties that were required and I will always recommend and even try and convince my friends and family that Restoration Ink is the best company to help them with any home restoration services they may need.

Charles came in to inspect our new (old) house to give us an idea of where we may have asbestos and how to deal with it. He walked the whole house with me and really put my mind at ease, answering all my questions. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever heard.

From the moment I spoke with Alex on the phone, he was kind, knowledgeable and understanding.

Had Alex come out and review the work we needed done. Was just one small wall we needed taken down. He was very professional and kindly explained everything that would happen and went into detail about the cons with our home being old and there was a possibility of asbestos. He explained how that would be dealt with if we ran into it. Thank goodness it was not an issue. The day of the job being done Alex came to introduce his crew to me and promised that they would contain the area and clean up. The job was so small it took the crew longer to set up an containment area then the actual take down of the wall. Both men that were here we very friendly and professional and even took precautions with my dog in the house making sure she never escaped out an open door. When they were finished you would never know any work was done as there was absolutely no mess. They throughly cleaned up and disposed of all materials. I was very happy with the job and the timely manner in which it was done.

My tenants noticed a weird smell coming from the basement and notified me. Once we realized that it was mould, we called in Restoranation. Alex, the project manager, was on-site to do air quality testing within 24 hrs and had a quick turn around for the results. Alex was able to not only thouroghly explain the testing, results and remediation process but went above and beyond to reassure and work with the tenants and myself, and to ensure that the job was done professionally, thoroughly and efficiently. He was also able to provide suggestions to ensure this issue does not happen again. While I don't ever wish for another mould issue, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Alex and his team were very professional and did a terrific job, all at a fair price. The basement of a unit I purchased was in need of a deep cleanup with sewage leaks and decades of dirt. It is now spotless.
