Commercial Warehouse property 20k sq feet inspection
Anton came to do an inspection on our commercial property. A 20,000 square foot warehouse and did us a huge favour by being extremely thorough and letting us know about quite a few issues with the building before we committed to the deal. We were supposed to sign off on an inspection report that said everything was fine done by someone else and then Anton showed what wasn't right in the report. The landlord has promised to resolve those problems free of charge to us and in the long run has saved us possibly tens of thousands of dollars in things we would've signed off on if not for Anton.
I highly recommend Anton to anyone and will use him for future business moves!
