We needed new siding on the second story of our house and we needed new gutters. Joe came out and explained everything to us. I was super impressed that he did not try to oversell his product, unlike the other company that gave us an estimate. He told us what we needed, and more importantly, what we didn't need. We bought James Hardie siding and I am very happy with the product and the installation. The price was better than the other estimates, mostly because the other companies tried to sell us things we didn't need. Joe was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I highly recommend him and Ideal Siding.

The service was superb, the quality of workmanship terrific and the professionalism shown by the owners and crew second to none I've experienced. Our project manager did a fabulous job explaining what would be done, the materials that would be used and the time it would take to finish. All correspondence was excellent & everything from meeting appointments to the material being delivered as promised was right on time. The price was competitive if not better than other companies that were offering less product for the same amount! Work was started a week later than expected but they completed in a timely fashion. Workers cleaned up daily, leaving my property clean. My house looks great and I would happily hire Ideal Siding again.

We loved the job these Ideal Siding did! Our house is 40 years old, the lower 8' is brick, and there are six tall gables with wood siding. The experience was excellent all the way through. Great communication upfront with Lisa in the office, then Joe stopped by to go over everything, even giving us many ideas for colours/coordination. We went with a 3-colour scheme, and our house has never looked better! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so whenever anyone asks about the great new look our house has (and quite a few already have!) The representative came out to the house the week I sent the request and was quoted quickly. It was hard to nail down a schedule to complete the work, which was a little difficult for my partner and me, working full-time jobs away from home. But when the work was completed, I was pleased with the quality. The installers were also very quick and utilized our exterior paint, so the color matched exactly. It was also a busy time of year, contributing to the schedule coordination issues.
