Devon, Neil and team were very pleasant and professional to work with. Devon was able to accommodate and do the renovations on short notice when the clinic was closed. Devon was very good at keeping me up to date, with photos, on what was done each day, if I was not able to make it there to check. The team was always very willing to accommodate any changes along the way. The quality of work was very good and I would definitely recommend this company.

Devon was very professional to deal with over the phone. On the job site, his team was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing the front deck with concrete steps and new railings. Overall very satisfied with the quality and price.

Had Devon, Neil and the team do some renovations to my basement. They renovated a bedroom complete, including new drywall, made some repairs to the utility room, redid the bar area and replaced the flooring complete in the basement. This company is awesome. They arrived when they said and worked totally around my schedule. After the first day I knew I could trust them enough to give them a key to my home so I didn't have to stick around each day. Devon and Neil kept me up to date almost daily with the progress and immediately contacted me if any issues arose. To top it all off, they were done ahead of schedule! I will not hesitate to use D. Roy Contracting again in the future and will 100% recommend them to family and friends looking to have any home repair done.

Devon and his team did a great job painting the entire inside of my house. They were on time everyday, all were very polite, and pleasant to deal with! I had a cabinet I wanted to install in my bathroom and they generously offered to put it up for me which was appreciated!
Once they were done, I had pointed out a few spots I’d like to have touched up and they did so “with a smile“.
I have some landscaping work to be done in the spring and will no doubt be reaching out to Devon!

Devon gave the house curb appeal, hiding the well head and creating a decorative path to the front door. He also repaired and rebuilt the ditch support. He did such good work that we re-hires him to renovate our entire basement, adding a kitchenette, finishing the new bathroom, laying a new floor, retailing the ceiling, repairing water damages and repainting. He also repainted the main floor and built custom shelving in our office.
He is an ethical, meticulous and professional contractor with an eye for detail.
We would absolutely recommend him and rehire him.

I’ve used Devon and his crew for a several jobs over the past few years. Work has been completed in a timely manner and on budget. If a job was encountering issues or surprises as is sometimes the case with construction- he was prompt and professional in his addressing the situation and clear with his explaining the options and their costs.

He has a great team behind him, who are also very professional at what they do and I found to be very detail oriented.

They maintained my work sites in an organized way. By this I mean that It never looked a total mess at the end of the day - they kept thing in order.
