Our contractor drilled through a 4 opening through the LVL beam and I was concerned about the integrity of the beam. I called Anwar and he was prompt and scheduled a visit the same day. He expedited the assessment and suggested repairs, which my contractor promptly implemented.
All in all a speedy action on what was a concerning situation.
