Anwar and team helped us draft floor plans for a fairly large renovation throughout the house. The scope included changes in almost every room and a new floor plan for the basement as well. Additionally, they also created drafts for exterior elevation changes, including a new porch and larger windows. We have submitted the drawings to the city and are awaiting approval. From the start Anwar was very responsive and addressed my concerns and suggested options to expedite the process. The drawings were created and handed over to us much earlier then we had expected and Anwar continues to be engaged in the process. Thanks Anwar.

We were very satisfied with the end result. ARS is professional, accommodating and pleasure to work with. Our project took a bit longer then anticipated, due to the town being sticklers, but ARS was with us until the end. Overall very pleased!

We had three large windows installed to bring more light into the basement and they helped us with construction details and the permit application process.

We read reviews on ASR Engineers online and decided to choose them to provide us with the drawings for all of our house. They were amazing. Showed up on time, measured all rooms and provided great feedbacks. Delivered the first drawing very quickly and revised few times per our request. They then helped us submitting the drawings and the permit request forms to the city and we received our permits very quickly even with all Covid situation. We haven’t yet started our renovation but we are positive the drawings are great and our contractor should not have any problem reviewing stages with the city.
