We read reviews on ASR Engineers online and decided to choose them to provide us with the drawings for all of our house. They were amazing. Showed up on time, measured all rooms and provided great feedbacks. Delivered the first drawing very quickly and revised few times per our request. They then helped us submitting the drawings and the permit request forms to the city and we received our permits very quickly even with all Covid situation. We haven’t yet started our renovation but we are positive the drawings are great and our contractor should not have any problem reviewing stages with the city. I must admit I was very skeptical at first, I contacted Anwar in September 2020 and a few others after searching on Kijiji. I received different estimates and after reviewing my options I decided I would go with ASR because he was the only one that guaranteed he would not just provide the necessary drawings for submission but would make sure I received the permit without any additional costs to amending the drawings according to the city’s bylaws. To no fault of his own, the city continued delaying the process and requested different things of which Anwar and his team made sure to comply with every step of the way without asking me for any additional fees. I finally received my permit almost 4 months later and I am so grateful Anwar kept his word and literally held my hand throughout this whole hideous process. I can say with confidence this company has the knowledge and dedication to see projects through without taking advantage of the little people. I definitely recommend them and I’m so grateful they delivered what they promised.

Anwar was able to come to our house shortly after we talked and inspected a glass railing and the outdoor stone. He prepared very detailed reports with pictures included that we were able to submit to the city and have the building permits approved and closed.
