Our inspector had requested us to submit a report on structural framing. We chose ASR Engineers because it has a good reputation from many clients on HomeStars. I’ve found later we made a right choice.
We contacted this company on the phone and Anwar came to the construction site a few hours later on the same day. He gave us proper suggestions and prepared a good report in one or two days which is very quick. His report was well-organized, detailed, and professional. Our inspector liked his report.
Not only did he submit the report, but he directly talked with our inspector and discuss the issues of our project, which made the inspection process go faster and more smoothly.

I contacted ASR Engineers because I had a wooden post in my basement which needed to be removed. It wasn't clear whether the post was load-bearing or if it could be torn out.

Anwar was great to deal with. I was on a really tight schedule after another structural engineer cancelled at the last minute. Anwar came and saved the day, he was able to complete the assessment and provide the report within a few hours, it was amazing and without his quick turnaround my entire renovation would have been delayed.
