They were wore masks and were professional. They answered all my questions and explained the cause of the clog and leak. Would use their services again.

More details: our sewer was backing up and we looked for help on HomeStars. Basic Drains Services replied right away and scheduled an appointment for the same evening.

When Gabriel came in he investigated the issue patiently and thoroughly, finding the best access point and explaining his plan. He then suggested a solution and asked for our confirmations. We proceeded with his suggestion and cleared the blockage, which turned out to be caused by roots! He first confirmed that the problem was resolved and then proceeded to outline several alternative ways to prevent it from recurring, explaining their advantages and disadvantages.
