Our heartfelt thanks go out to this company. We called them, initially for a very small job. Cleaning up the grout, re-grouting and sealing the grout in our small shower. The small job was finished to perfection. Before they left we asked them to install a vinyl plank floor upstairs in our kitchen, dining room, hall ways and bathroom.
WOW. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO PERFECTION.
Konstantino is the owner of this remarkable company. He treats his clients with respect. He has excellent listening skills. He knows how to respectfully answer clients questions. George always has a smile and a
positive attitude. He kept us up to date on what was happening with the
time line. And then there is Angelo - a very gifted artisan with the old world craftsmanship's attention to detail.

My family and I were so scared when we went down to our basement, after a long night of rain and freezing rain only to find we had an inch of greenish foul smelling water in our basement. Quickly, we googled and realized we had to bring in someone. Our sump pump had failed us and thus was sewer backup! A friend had recommended Disaster Recovery Force Inc and we’re so glad they did! They first packed out all our content that was completely dirty and gross and wrapped up our basement and sucked water out over the couple days! In about two days though the water was gone, our sump pump is being replaced and we have trusted Disaster Force to go ahead with the rebuild now! Such a weight off our shoulders! We discovered significant mould growth in our basement during a clean out and organization of our basement, and were upset and alarmed. We were referred by a friend to Disaster Recovery Force, who had done a great job for them, and called the company to see if they could assist us in bringing our home back to health.

Konstantinos came on site that day, and found the source of the problem: a leaking foundation. We had noticed some minor water there occasionally, but did not think it would create such a large problem for us. Konstantinos recommended us to do a Delta wrap, and gave us a very professional quote within a day or two. He also did an air quality test for us to see how much mould was in the air we were breathing in, and lucky for us, it was elevated, but not as high as it could have been. The cost was very competitive and their process seemed very thorough. They made sure to consider our contents, and how to take care of our basement going forward.

After explaining to us in detail, and making us feel comfortable with the process, we decided they were the only one to help us with the job.

They completed the job in a very timely manner, and Konstantinos was always making us feel comfortable and answering all our questions along the way. He understood our concerns, and addressed them graciously.

We now have a very dry and clean basement.

My husband and myself would like to send our deepest gratitude to Konstantino, their fearless leader, and of course to the men who came so kindly in our home and cleaned up our food in our basement due to a pipe burst. We were so scared when we found the basement in a foot of water, but we right away went on google and searched “floods in basement” and called Disaster Force due to their strong testimonials.

Right away, Konstantino answered and he made us feel safe and taken care of. The men arrived in 30 minutes and were gracious and worked until the water was gone. We were over the moon. After, we agreed to have the rebuild and had our basement foundation, floors and wallpapers redone due to the flood.
