I found the company and its workers to be extremely friendly and helpful. The railings on our veranda were old and needed replacement. They were right on time and provided a needed service. They answered all my questions and told me what the new regulations were for the railing. They were prompt and very friendly.

I contacted Jordan online expressing interest to have rails installed in our new home. We were in desperate need to have the installation completed to accommodate visiting family. He responded within the hour (after midnight at that) and explained the process in detail. He provided pictures of various products, colour options and took great care in answering my questions. His team promptly came to complete the measurements and returned shortly after to complete the installation to perfection.
