The sink in the condo that we rent started to back up - maintenance crew in the building were unable to resolve the issue and I was recommended to contact a plumber. Alexander with KNL plumbing was quick to contact me after I completed my home star request, and he was available the very next day. He reviewed pictures/ video from the tenant, and gave a reasonable estimate over text within a few minutes. As soon as he was finished the next day, I got a video and pictures confirming that things were working properly. Alexander was also willing to provide an assessment of an unrelated issue in the bathroom that was raised last minute by the tenants. Payment was also easily arranged by way of an EMT after the job was complete. In short, professional, timely, and very easy to work with.

We had an old kitchen faucet removed and replaced with a new one that we purchased.

Replaced the wide pipe that serves the toilet. It was old cracked copper that needed replacing. KNL plumbing replaced the pipe and stopped the leak. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was done. I recommend KNL plumbing to all who require services of a plumber.

Master bathroom was renovated with all old copper pipe removed as well as the abs plastic plumbing removed and replaced with new materials. Alex was prompt and did great work. Would highly recommend KNL.
