My family would like to thank Geoff, Ryan, and the rest of the team at Optimal Contracting (Roofing) for the excellent service provided in replacing our roof. Our original roof was concrete tile mounted on 1" strapping. We decided to go for the new composite roofing tiles from Enviroslate. Not a lot of contractors have experience with this new material - based on my research, Optimal is a leader in using this new tile.
The scope of work included removing about 4 container bins of very heavy concrete tile, laying on new plywood sheathing and peel & stick, and applying the new composite roofing tiles. In fact, we were so happy with the quality of the re-roof that once the new roof was place, we contracted Optimal to also redo all of our gutters, and wrap all of our fascia boards in powder coated fascia. Since the install, we have received many compliments from both our neighbours and passerbys.
