The team of Andrew, Mark and Josh that came to install three windows were amazing. They were very professional and worked non stop to provide such great service. The final product was so worth the wait!!! The team was very respectful of the work environment and my home and cleaned up after. There was no mess afterwards, and they took the time to show me the install process, the final product and how to use/clean the new windows. I was also thoroughly impressed with Scott the salesman, who showed up half way through the install to make sure I was pleased with the product and work crew. It also impressed me that he bought the crew Timmies....they were working on one of the hottest summer days of 2021!! I would definitely recommend Kempenfelt Windows to anyone needing an update.
