Celtic Finishes just completed a large ceiling repair in my townhouse livingroom. Declan answered my enquiry promptly and showed up in just a couple days to assess and estimate. He pointed out the potential forks in the road and we agreed on a very fair price. The work they performed was on time, on budget and showed a very high level of craftsmanship. They were equally respectful of my home as well. The ceiling now looks better than when it was new. I would recommend Declan, Joanne and Justin without any reservation. Thanks guys.
