Way disorganized , no time respect , no commitment , no knowledge of the city building codes which resulted in a lot of spending and unnecessary construction , every job is not finished well and something always need to be fixed after finishing, the reason I hired a contractor is to avoid chasing workers , so I don’t have to waste my time chasing the plumber guy or tiling guy or flooring guy , etc… but I had to chase him for months and months to commit and show up in time but not even once showed in time in 9 months of work , and when things were done , they left the basement with dents , scratches, no caulking in some of the baseboards and trims , they were paid in full and it was a mistake , i spent weeks and nights fixing after them , patching holes , touching paint , caulking , fixing drywall , honestly if you have a full project like I did find someone that knows your city code well , a company preferably not one guy who know some random guys that he keep chasing to show up …..
