Ivan was helpful, efficient and a nice guy. Called to say he was running late, which was a nice touch.

They showed up during the window they said they would. He immediately quoted a price of $280 to install the bellow. It is routine work and surely this could have been quoted ahead of time. I felt dooped by the $75 service call becoming $280 within a minute of looking at it. I had shared the model number with them along with a photo to better quote the work. The part I provided was damaged so he returned later that day with a new replacement part. The fix was quick and seems to be working. From a repair perspective, seems like quality service. I just had issues with how the business side of things went down, which I know is out of the service technicians hands.

The heater and/or heat sensor on our LG washer had gone out and was throwing an error code. Appliance Wizards sent out one of their technicians who quickly diagnosed the issue and put in an order for the new part. Everything was fixed within a couple of days, and we haven't had any issues since.

Gave expensive quote based on 2 sec check without in depth diagnosis. Service tech was arrogant. Had to followup to get a receipt for the service call which is all we proceeded with.

Older GE gas range repair. The stove was not working well. They came for initial assessment. The problem did not occur. They left my house, conducted further investigation by calling GE techniciens. They called me back with recommended solution, replaced parts and fixed the issue. Very good service, polite and competent tech.

The six appliances were left functioning properly with the exception of the oven which needs to be hooked up to the panel by the electrician - approximately $300 of the $1800 was preparation work to meet building code requirements. The appliances included a gas cooktop and a built in dishwasher and refrigerator. No damage was caused during the installation process. Excellent work!

Appliance Wizards send a very knowledgeable repair person who itemized the three significant issues with our dishwasher and how much parts and labour would cost to fix them. He also said there were also supply chain issues we needed to consider. So, even though it meant we had to replace our washing machine, we really appreciated his detailed diagnostics and next day service.

Appliance Wizards quickly responded to my request and repaired my dryer the same day. Dimitry provided detailed information regarding my repair. Workmanship was excellent!
