I called John from Fix Plumbing early Monday morning after our shower was leaking through to lower levels. Within a few hours, he was onsite and quickly identified the problem. He explained the solution, which was quick and easy to fix. While he was here, I told him about another issue we have had with our laundry making excessively loud noises. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew the problem right away. He installed some hummers and now we can do our laundry in peace. Overall, great experience with Fix Plumbing. John is very friendly and professional.

Giannis was friendly and professional to work with. He went above and beyond to help us replace a leaking hosebib but also relocate it for us to make it easier to access.

He also helped remove an older iron pipe and fixed an unfortunate bent pipe from a previous install (by someone else).

He was great to work with we will definitely call on him again in the future.

I called Fix Plumbing to replace a toilet for me.
It was a Friday and he was booked, but came after he finished his last job because he did not want me to go the weekend without having my toilet fixed. He not only installed my toilet, but updated a few other things at no extra charge. A lot of companies can do a "good" job but it's the attention to detail, going the extra mile and a genuine concern their customer that makes them stand out. We had a flood in the basement and realized all the water back up was from the city main drain which also went to most of the neighbourhood. We decided to call Fix Plumbing and explained the situation. Gianni came fast, explained to us what we could do to fix the problem and also gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening again. The best solution was to install a back water valve to the main drain line. Gianni and his team were very professional and did an exceptional job breaking the concrete, installing the back water valve, refilling the hole, and fix the concrete again. After that they advised us to contact our insurance to let them know we installed the back water valve and that would help with lowering the cost of ourInsurance, which is true because it will be lowered. Thank you for all your help, we will definitely be recommending Fix Plumbing!

Fix Plumbing was very professional and quick to answer my call. My sink was clogged and John came, located the problem and unclogged it in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable and offered some advice in order to help with maintaining the drain clear for the future. My sump pump in my basement stopped working. Fix plumbing came right away to solve my issue by replacing the pump. They were very professional with a fair price and made me confident that the job was done well
