We used Dave based on a friends recommendation to remove popcorn ceiling and paint our house (approx 3000 sq ft).
It included removing popcorn ceiling from multiple rooms - including a high vaulted ceiling requiring scaffolding -, wallpaper removal, fixing patches on walls from prior owner damage / light fixtures, and painting the house top-to-bottom including trim.
From the start Dave and his team were responsive and professional. During the project we made two mistakes (told him the wrong paint name and then after he finished popcorn removal / sanding / painting a large ceiling told him light fixture boxes needed to be covered - which we forgot to communicate prior) which he completely took in stride without issue. He finished the job both on time and budget. Weve actually had multiple people compliment us on the workmanship of the paint job in the house - it looks fantastic.
