Teodora Group

We were preparing to sell our home and wanted to know all of the issues that might give a potential buyer cold feet. After paying for a professional Home Inspection we were provided with a list of items that needed remediation. These varied from the minor to the intimidating.

We were recommended to the Teodora Group and they managed everything brilliantly from start to finish. Initially, we thought we would need to call in several different trades to address all of the deficiencies identified by the home inspection, but Teodara took care of everything.

They were flexible, friendly and most important, they were fair. The prices that we paid were lower than quotes we received from other groups and we were totally happy with the work, the cleanup, and the followup.

After the job was complete we found a couple of other small items that we'd overlooked and Teodora was happy to return and take care of them at no extra cost. This was so refreshing as in our experience, once you pay a contractor, they move on to the next job and it's difficult to get them back - even though they promise this won't happen. That was not our experience with Teodora and we would reccomend them without hesitation.

Deck badly damaged during a renovation. Mitch from Teodora came and did a great job building us a new deck. He also built us matching benches for our outdoor fire pit. My wife found blueprints on Pinterest and Mitch easily created the exact benches from the design. My wife is happy, I'm happy. 100% would recommend

Teodora did a conscientious and careful job with tiling, painting, sanding walls and other areas of the renovation. We appreciated his well considered problem solving and attention to detail in the work. Deadlines were met and costs were reasonable.
