I have used this company a few times now. I replaced a toilet last year and last week replaced a hot water tank. They did an excellent job both times . They worked efficiently and cleaned up after.

We needed to have 2 water heaters replaced. One was for in-floor heating and the other for regular household use. Due to the new code, we had to replace the 2 water heaters with 1 specialized heater designed to do both jobs. It was a head ache of a job since the plumbing and exhaust had to be reduced to one tank. Vince did an excellent job in sorting out the mess and if I ever have a plumbing issue again, these are the people I'll call. Prior to doing the work, Vince came out to see what would need to be done and the quote given was what we paid with no surprises.

After a horrible experience with a different plumber, my friend told me about Homestars, so I tried it out when basement ceiling started leaking. Calgary Comfort called me promptly and were so courteous on the phone. Their rates were reasonable, and Dave was able to come the same day to help with our leak. I was kept apprised of his arrival time via text; fantastic communication. Dave arrived as expected, solved the problem quickly on his first try, and then walked me through what the issues were and how to avoid them in the future. So friendly and professional, and really knows his stuff. The price was fair and the service was exceptional.

I referred Calgary Comfort to a friend that was having troubles with their Main sewer drain. They came into the home, located the problem, and fix ed the issue. They were clean, efficient, and very professional. The blockage causing the damage was removed, and they also described to us future problems that may occur. We really appreciated the heads up, as well as the extra effort put in by the Calgary Comfort staff. I will definitely continue to refer this company to other family members, and friends!

Called them Christmas Eve with a problem and they responded quickly to get someone over. Work was performed professionally and efficiently. The service was friendly and their rates were reasonable. The invoice for the worked arrived later by email and payment was easy. All told, a good experience.

I needed the polyb taken out. I had a leak in one line to an exterior water tap, and needed a new water heater. They were great! Dave came over and we discussed a plan, and they were able to begin work the next week. Four plumbers came, and they were done the same day. The plumbers were very courteous and did good work. I would highly recommend them.
