We had a small wasp nest in the wall of our backyard. William gave us a very reasonable quote and removed it the same day.
I will contact this company again if I have any pest control needs in the future.

Peter from Ecotech Pest was beyond amazing. We had the unfortunate experience of having bed bugs. We were devastated as we clean regularly and are generally a clean household. Firstly Peter assured us that it was not our fault as it could have been picked up from anywhere. He explained the treatment and the process of how the treatment would go. He sent us the preparation worksheet to prep our house for the treatment. There was some work to be done to prep the house but Peter was always available to help answer any questions we had about the preparation. On the day of the treatment, he came and applied the treatment throughout the house. He explained that because we had a lot of things in the house we had to monitor very closely to any activity. We did more decluttering and requested a second treatment as we wanted to be sure we got everything. After the second treatment (which was 1 month after the first) we were confident in the treatment. It has been almost a month after the second treatment and we haven’t seen any activity or any bites on the children. Peter and ecotech is truly a God send!!!

We had a small wasps’ nest just below the edge of the roof, about 30 feet above ground. William provided a very reasonable quote and was out the next day to remove it. He also checked for nests around my property for no additional cost. I will definitely contact this company first if I have any pest control needs in the future!

William did a great job. Not only did he remove the nest in my crab apple tree but he looked around the property for other nests and found one on the uppermost eve of the house which he removed.

Last night I discovered a wasp nest behind the wood frame of my garage door. William contacted me this morning in response to my Service Request and came by to address the problem. He identified 3 locations that should be treated, explained what needed to be done, and treated them all. He also cleaned up small amounts of insecticide powder from my garage floor and walkway to avoid us tracking it into our home.

William was very helpful and the job was professionally done. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future issues.

I submitted a service request on Homestars and William from Ecotech was quick to respond and assist with our problem. I found William to be very helpful and informative without being pushy or salesy.

We signed up for an annual program which includes both indoor and outdoor pest control and the price was quite competitive compared to other providers.

As far as the Voles and pests...so far so good after about 2 weeks.

We had a empty wasp nest attached to the second floor roof and noticed some wasp were flying into the soffits on the first floor roof. Ecotech came the same day to remove the nest, clean the area and spray it with repellent. It was so fast and convenient, highly recommended!

We noticed an increase in the large ants this year. Along with our neighbours who saw voles and bees on their lot. We had Ecotech come into spray. William was excellent in explaining what they do, how the plan works and the options available. He was patient and very professional. We will wait 30 days to see if we have any issues, and if so Ecotech will come right away. They will review quarterly. We would reccomend this ecofriendly company.

I requested a quote thru HomeStars and Ecotech was the second company to answer but it inspired me more confidence so we hired. William was one time and walked around the house looking for any possible carpenter bee activity. From that day we had no more bees around and we feel safe to have kids outside. I do recommend Ecotech

Ecotech were fast to respond to my neighbourhood issue of a Vole infestation!
They were, fast, efficient, and very thorough! They addressed my issue and were not pushy with add on services, they really listened and worked with us to solve the issue.
