Paulo and the team from Avas were fantastic. They were communicative, and never left us hanging. We needed someone to add a number of outlets to our basement. We were able to get someone to come in for an assessment within a few days, and they came back a week later to do the job (in and out in a few hours). Super pleased, great company, very professional! We would recommend.

Service was performed to satisfaction but we had a hard time with customer service.
The day of walk though went well. Everything was clear and understood. The first day of work however we were told we hadn't set up things properly however we had done exactly what had been discussed ( they said we were taking the walls down to the studs but that was never discussed, or in our plans).
When the work was done they had forgotten to hook up the dishwasher. They had no problem coming back, however made a point of saying it was my fault as I said it wasn't arriving until the following day. We have had the dishwasher for a year so that would never be the case.
Upon receipt of the final invoice I reached out for clarification on prices within an hour of receiving the invoice and was met with hostility at wanting a breakdown. They then, instead of continuing communication with me, who is the point of contact and the person in charge on the account, they called my (male) partner to further explain to him. We paid the final invoice in less Thant 12 hours after it was sent to us. We were just looking for clarification and information. The hostility and talking down to us should never have been apart of this interaction.

In and out of residence as quoted . Work completed , and cleanup done with no indication of anyone being in the home ( no dirty boots ) .

Bruno was great to work with and he and his team were very professional.
He responded to my request for a quote quickly, and was able to provide me an informed quote within 24 hours, which worked well with my schedule, all while following COVID protocols.
The day the work was completed, he and his team were professional about keeping the area clean, and wore masks following COVID protocols. Their work was flawless, and when they left having completed the work, the room looked as clean as when they arrived.

A burnt out connector led to a more extensive line of repairs that Bruno and Peter were fantastic at! Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and communicative. Even my dog loved them. Will definitely call for more work.

They upgraded my electrical panel and wiring for my cottage & Also upgraded my gfi for my golf cart charging plug , great service and great people to work with I would highly recommend them

We installed 8 camera’s around the house, there was a lot of wiring that needed to be done and they did a phenomenal job hiding it all and making it seamless looking. Incredibly clean and professional from beginning to end. Very happy with the work and their professionalism. Also they cleaned up after themselves even tho they returned the next day to finish the job. All their tools and equipment were stored out of sight until they returned. Can’t say enough fantastic things about these guys. Thanks to the Avas team for a job well executed. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

I hired the guys from AVAS to convert my pots to LED and other minor electrical repairs. The project was a success. The workers were polite clean and efficent in their work. I have kept their card for any future electrical issues that may come up. Thank you Bruno
