The project was completed within the time frame and within the estimated costs. We have flat roofs on our house and many roofing companies do not have expertise in flat roofs which require a different approach than pitched roofs. 123 Roofing was able to thoughtfully walk us through the flat roof project, explain the different approach from pitched roofs, and provide a high quality product.

Having dealt with contractors in the past, with great disappointment, I decided this time to do more research on roofing companies before arriving at a decision. I ended up selecting 123Roofing primarily because of their highly professional approach from the very start, their ethical transparency in providing very detailed, reasonable quotations on each project, their excellent recommendations as specialists in the field and the important warranties offered, which give one the important piece of mind after project completions. My initial projects included extensive roofing, along with a ridge vent, as well as entirely new fascia, soffits and eavestroughs, and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process, their customer oriented, outstanding and experienced teams, the expected daily follow-up over a period of several days and finally, what I perceive as top-notch delivery. I remained completely informed throughout with pre- and post-project photos that provided me, as a customer, with the level of confidence, on which I placed paramount importance, throughout the process. I would never hesitate to engage 123Roofing for future projects again and I very strongly recommend them, as in my opinion they have set themselves apart from the competition.

I found 123 on this site. Communication along the way from pre-sale to post-work was very good. Since I need two days of work, late in November, to get the work completed, it was tough to find good weather days. I had all the plywood replaced. The project got bumped a few times (weather) but Joe was in touch almost daily. Post project 123 shared photes of the before and after which was appreciated. Overall, positive experience.

I had 3 roofing companies provide quotes including one who had done my roof in the past. The quotes ranged by $2000 and 1-2-3 was the lowest. However, that is not why I chose them. Joe's meeting with me provided a great education on what needs to be done and how they do it (all aspects) - including vents that I did not have but should have!

The crew was superb - efficient and respectful of the property. One shrub was damaged and 1-2-3 was very quick to cover the replacement.

3 months later, I noted a few things that needed to be addressed (secure a downpipe and address one metal flashing). They were here the same day - no questions, no arguments. Great customer service.

Would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair/replacemnt - flats or shingles.

From the beginning 123 Roofing was professional, polite, understanding, and great to work with.
Ben, their Senior Roofing Consultant did such an amazing job not only with providing a quote but set up a zoom call to walk me through the entire project (from the shingles they use, the company that produces the shingles, what is being done for the job, how they do the job, etc). He then allows you time to compare prices (and even makes sure I asked the other contractors the right questions to ensure I was comparing everything the same). He then followed up with me in a week. No pressure and no hassle.
We booked the job and the crew that showed up was all dressed in 123 Roofing gear. A very professional team, worked was performed neatly as they cleaned up as they went and not just at the end of the job. I cant recall the project manager but he was amazing as well, whenever I had a question or wanted to see what was being done he took the time to explain it and showed me pictures.
I also thought that it was great that Joe, the owner stopped by to say hello and thank you for the job.
This is definitely a great company and has not only a great leader running it but he has hired a great team of people to assist him. The service is above and beyond what we expected from a roofing company.

Stellar experience with 1 2 3 Roofing Inc. I contacted the company to request a quote (my third) in May as my roof was leaking, to the extent that a bedroom ceiling was caving in. The first company I contacted quoted me $20K, the second gave me an unrealistically low quote with no details on what they would do.

Joe was fantastic. After a virtual meeting, he sent me a professional quote that detailed all of the project specifications for replacing my flat roof. In subsequent discussions, Joe took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions. He emphasized his desire to have me make as informed a decision as possible. He also was open to negotiating so that both of our needs and constraints were honoured. After a few discussions, I decided that, even though his wasn't the lowest quote, it was by far the best.

The moment Joe's team arrived, I knew that I had made the right decision. They were extremely polite and professional, and got the entire job done in a day and a half. Cleaned up after themselves and sent photos of the work they did. I had been concerned that there may have been damage to the wood beams due to prolonged leaking. They found no damage and were able to complete the job at the price that had been quoted. I greatly appreciated Joe's honesty and integrity in how he conducted his business.

At the end of the day, I am left impressed and very happy with how the work was done. I waited to write this review so I could see how the work held up after some heavy rainfalls, and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Ben, Ian and Joe were excellent to work with. They provided a fantastic quote with more information than I was expecting and walked us through the whole process. Joe and Ian were always available to answer any questions and provided photos regularly as the project went on. They finished in great time for the amount of work and cleaned up the property before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done, they are fantastic and you will not be disappointed.

When the project started, Joe stepped in and provided all the details as to when the team would be there, exact time line, what to expect and was giving me updates. Even after the project was done, Joe followed up to see how things were going.

The other companys either just sent a single line item quote, no explanation and was rushing to try and close the project.
