Our backyard was sinking - it had old grass, old interlock and it was slowly sinking towards the side where there is a catch basin/drain so we needed retaining walls as well.

Mike came in shortly after we contacted the company, to take measurements. He was professional and knowledgeable and able to give us options that would work for us, and provide advice. He also came back for a second measurement when we decided to increase the scope area.

Daniel and Mike were great when it came to creating the contract and design. They provided us with all the information that we needed to make a decision. The communication during the entire process was excellent.

The team was on time, professional and organized, and took care to ensure nothing was damaged in the process.

The end result was spectacular, the team did a clean, professional and incredible job.

Daniel, Mike and the rest of the team were exceptional. The work performed met my expectations and their customer service was outstanding. Mike was always available to take my call to answer any questions and was also helpful in recommending areas where I can save on cost. Daniel kept me up to date on the progress of the work, and all timelines set were met. This was a relatively large project but the process was smooth and the work was completed within the agreed 2 week time frame. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering interlocking work for their home.

We called Enviro-Loc after making the mistake of initially engaging a landscape contractor that made a real mess of our backyard and causing some real damage.
When we called Enviro-Loc they were able to visit us the next day to asses the site, gave us a quote in a matter of a couple days, and thankfully were able to squeeze us into their schedule to get the job done! We just completed a project with Enviro-Loc that involved removing some existing gardens/shrubs, resodding the front and back yards in addition to updating the walk-up with interlocking stone. From the first call, to the consult/quote and the start of the project, the communication and response times were immediate. Dans crews were incredibly efficient and completed the project in two days (one to strip everything away and another day for the install/sod). After seeking a number of quotes, they were the most competitive offer and had a great selection of products. The results speak for themselves, they simply did an outstanding job!! It looks much better than we imagined and well definitely use them again for future projects. Received a lot of compliments from the neighbours and Im sure theyll turn into future customers. ONeals crew was assigned to our project, his team was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They were on site early, always cleaned up at the end of the day and worked to make sure everything was seamless for us. We should add that their speed was remarkable without compromising quality.

Great company to deal with. Everyone from the estimated to the work crews were friendly and polite. Work site was always clean. Crews answered any and all questions I had and explained everything g they did. Work was quick and professional. Nice to work with a company that puts the client first. Will not hesitate to use them again if I decide to do more work. Even got follow up e-mails and phone call from the owner to ask how everything went.

It was overall a nice and well done project. The team was responsive, tied to schedule at different stages of the project, communication was smooth, and the installation was professional.

A few things I would like to point out:
1. Pricing was transparent, but certain items in the cost list charged much more than expected, ie. relocating the deck staircase charged hundreds of $, but the job was roughly done, the staircase was not accurately installed back.

2. Actual implementation did not stick to the measuring, the staff were unable to implement everything as originally planned, required adjustments on the fly which resulted in waste of materials.

3. The staff left heavy tools and debris on the lawn leaving a small area of grass damaged.

We searched for a while looking for someone to revamp our front porch. We were pretty happy when we came across Enviro-loc on Homestars. They were a local company (which was a plus), and had great reviews. From the start of the process both James and Daniel were amazing. They took our ideas, suggested what might look a little better, and re-worked the design a few times. We were thrilled with the results and the process before, during, and after. And even expanded the project to include the driveway. We even added a change close to the end of the job which they had no problem doingThe customer service is top-notch And the work looks amazing.
