My Legal Basement

Using this unprofessional team of amateurs led by Usman was the mistake of my life. Do not let them ruin your dream basement. Everything they do is late, unfinished and extremely poor quality. Please contact me if you want pictures. I will be more than happy to share my nightmare with any potential victims. Dot not even think about getting a quote. Here's what you will get if you hire them:
- Promises, promises then promises only about everything
- Unqualified people not knowing what to do
- Mistakes, thousands of them. The worst part is that they deny and resist any requests to fix them
- They never finish something they start. You will need to be pushy, but they will ignore you for sure
- Usman would just sign a contract to give you a fake impression that he is committed. The reality is that he has no problems ignoring his duties and timeline.
Usman had many chances to turn things around, but he lacks customer focused mindset and he finally quit the job without any notice and with unfinished work that he was already paid for. Now I need to hire someone else to fix the mess he left behind
I wish I knew before. I don't want anyone to have the same experience.

Usman and team stepped in when our previous contractor disappeared. He did the job well, on time and on budget. He was easy to communicate with!!
