I've contracted L and S Services for winter maintenance at 2 properties, 1 in Scarborough and the 2nd in Pickering. Mike and his team are doing an excellent job at these properties and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
I am looking forward to working with them for our summer lawn care services.

Great work on a very challenging worksite as our Workshop is set back on the property and access is via a driveway which runs up a hill and is curved. Mike and his team came and leveled, graded and filled in the area with gravel and removed a significant amount of debris making the area usable again.

Our next step will be to get the front part of the workshop laid out with pavers to provide a patio for working on of which Mike is providing input on. Mike is very knowledgeable on all things related to landscaping, don't be afraid to ask him questions pre and post job, he will patiently answer all of them, so that you're well aware of the work that is being done. His rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended

They did a great job meeting our needs, and were patient while we worked out our budget for the job. Once we gave the go ahead, Mike came the next day to check out the site, and finished the job within a day that very week. Great experience all around.

Mike and his team did a great job building our new backyard fence. They kept us informed about the project and what was happening along the way. Mike was always quick to respond to any questions and dealt with any minor issues we had. We were satisfied with the work and would recommend the company.

Great personable services. During the big snow storm Mike cleared my driveways (I have 2) in a timely manner. Very efficient. He took extra care to clear my veranda for my daughter that has a vision impairment. My lawns are kept at a nice length. Extremely happy with the new fence that Mike built for me. Very talented young man! A very hard worker! Very personable. I think you will be happy with his services. Pricing is based on each home.

Not very happy with the service from this company last winter. Often it was all day before the snow was cleared. At one point we only had snow removed from half our driveway, we have a 2 car driveway making it very difficult to get one of the cars out. The plow used marked our driveway and our interlocking stone work. Would not recommend them and we will be hiring another company come this season.

Hired Mike and his team for trimming a large lilac tree and cutting dead branches that were damaged due to a recent storm. He was very professional and the whole process very easy.

I use L and S for my annual snow removal. This year I wanted to have my garden beds updated. Mike's quote was very reasonable for the work that needed to be completed; expansion of beds, stones, soil mulch flower and shrub planting. Mike, Kaylane and Trey all work together as a cohesive team. Quick to respond to any questions and suggestions and ensure that the work completed is to your liking. I was uncertain about how the stones were laid out (following the diagram I provided) and they came back and laid them out differently until I was satisfied. All I can say is if you hire L and S Services you will not be disappointed.
