When we decided to renovate our 18 yr old home rather than move, we knew we wanted to have one contractor that we could rely on to advise us with their experience, coordinate the project with their connections, and take care of inevitable issues and problems that we would face. But most importantly, we needed to find someone who we could trust with our vision, and who we connected with.

When we met with Joey from Magnolia Construction it was apparent right away that he placed a high value on his customers; he made their satisfaction a prime concern. He expertly walked us through what we could expect and patiently answered all of our concerns. When we made our decision, the uncertainty made it stressful, but we had little doubt that we were in good hands.

Our experience completely validated that confidence. Through the design process of the kitchen layout, to the selection of tiles and fixtures, he helped shape and guide our ideas into a practical reality. And once the work began, it was clear that he had provided top-notch trades. Professional, courteous, and meticulous, they all contributed to a high quality outcome that exceeded our expectations.

Joey’s best strength is as a communicator; highly personable and reliable, we always knew he could be reached or would promptly return calls, texts, or emails. That went a long way to relieving our concerns as our project progressed, and was never more important than when difficulties arose. In each case, he dealt with the issue as if it was his own problem and made sure we were comfortable with the resolution.
