I had an above grade cedar deck upgraded and extended by Rayon and team in the month of August 2020. What I learned is that they are trusted fair and honest contractors who go above and beyond to deliver what is promised. To start the cost was reasonable given the degree of difficulty and detail of the workmanship required. Great. The pace at which they worked was phenomenal. Rayon and team efficiently built a deck that other contractors stated would take 3X as long. Better. But the best part is how they put their customer first. I miscommunicated what I wanted one side of the stair railings. They completed the job and upon looking at finished job, I became concerned it could be a safety hazard for my young children. Not a problem. Rayon quickly improvised found a solution (that required more of his labour and material) and fixed it free of charge. This is aside from a couple of rotting joists his team had replaced free of charge. In this day and age there are very few honest contractors who stand firmly behind their work and provide stellar after sales support to build confidence years after the job is done.
