I was able to get in touch with Tianhe right away after looking for AC installation services on Homestars. Tianhe replied quickly to my request and only required a few details in order to come up with a quote. Once I provided the details, he sent me a quote and was able to install the AC within 2-3 hours. When he arrived, he wore a mask and took care of the rest of the installation quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Tianhe as he is also kind and courteous.

Tianhe was courteous, efficient, and good at adapting to circumstances (an old house with special woodwork around the windows). He installed our air conditioning unit well, after heroically lugging it up the stairs (it was extremely heavy).

Kevin responded to all of my questions and was able to come on time and finished the job well. It was for a broken trim on my 2nd storey window. He was able to fix the trim from the outside and even cleaned up the old dried out caulking and apply new caulking. Very friendly.

This team is highly responsive, personable. They did a difficult air conditioner install for two air conditioners in a high rise condo. Although the job took longer than anticipated, due to the window structure, they spent the extra time as needed to ensure both installs were secure. They arrived with all the tools and materials. Pictures were sent in advance of the install of both windows.

We needed to have our air conditioner unit professionally installed but we had to be mindful of cost as we are on a budget. Thankfully EDA Development Group Inc we able to do the job efficiently and within our budget. I’m very pleased.
