Gorgeous rug at an awesome price... Ramis was very friendly and flexible. He listened to what we wanted in terms of size, color and quality and showed us the rug that was way beyond our expectations. Great customer service combined with great product quality. Would recommend KB Rugs any day.

Beautiful Hand-Knotted Rug - I love it!

It was my first time here at KB Rugs and all I can say is WOW. I am blown away from their exceptional customer service and their friendly team. I was instantly welcomed to the store and was asked what I was looking for. Although I knew exactly what I wanted, their team went above and beyond in showing me every piece that matched my preferences. I was given free advice from the interior designers at KB Rugs as to which rug would best suit my space. I was offered to have several pieces of rugs come straight to my house. After that, they laid out every single rug and educated me with the background of the rug including the patterns, knots, and colour-schemes. Taking their time in explaining their area rugs helped me understand so much more to the rug than there is. KB Rugs have certainly exceeded my expectations as they made sure I was satisfied from the second I walked in to the end of my purchase. I am so happy with my new rug - thank you KB for your dedication and service! I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

By far the best experience buying a rug EVER! Arzish and the team are extremely knowledgeable about the different kinds of rugs. Additionally, I appreciated how much time and effort they invested into learning what I wanted and what would look best in my house. It seemed more like they guided me to the perfect choice rather then just selling me on anything they could.

I particularly appreciated the service I got from Arzish... you can trust him to find you the absolute best rug for you space.

10 Starts if I could. Highly Recommend.

I was recommended KB Rugs by one of my friend, As I was moving to a new home i needed 2 pieces of rugs for my living and for my room. KB Rugs was the place I proceeded with and I was very satisfied with their customer service, and how they went about taking such good care of their customer and went out of their way to help me. The fact that you’re able to see the piece at your home so you can test out to see how it would look and the fact that they brought the pieces to my house was was very convenient. Arzish Nadeem and his Dad have been very helpful through the process of helping and picking the best rug And design that would suit my home. I would highly recommend KB Rugs for exceptional customer service and going over board to satisfy the demands of their customer and overall a goto place for the best rugs.
