We used Utz Custom Homes to build an addition onto the back of our home to enclose a new swim spa. Tyler was great at helping build a budget, create a schedule, coordinate and provide over-site on the trades. He was easy to work with, professional and pleasant throughout. He demanded high quality workmanship and was present throughout the build. We love our new space and would recommend Tyler (Utz Custom Homes) to family and friends for sure!
