Back yard pergola and fence update

Fence

Sam is an exceptional contractor to deal with. Very professional and accomodating. He also has excellent trades that work for him. I never had to chase him down for anything. When he says he will be there, he will be there. He always followed up and returned calls. The quality of the work is fantastic and was completed as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again for other work.

Bathroom, fence, entrance way

I dealt with Sam, principal owner, and it was a great experience. I’ve worked with many home contractors over the years and many fell short of their promise to deliver but Sam was exceptional. He was very responsive, delivered on the time lines he committed to and accommodating to my changing needs. The quality of his workmanship was top notch. He’s extremely professional and trustworthy. He’ll be coming back to do more work for us, that’s for sure.

I saw another review about Sam becoming like family to one of his customers. I can see why.
