Had the pleasure of working with the most reliable, honest construction company that I have come across from my experiences. I Hired The Right Guys back in July for a Kitchen and a new powder room. I must say Im very pleased with the quality of work along with unmatchable business ethics. Glad to see a group of young guys that are so professional. Throughout the process, Birkan always had our interest on his mind. Always guided us in the right direction when we were choosing materials and finishes. I have already recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Just finished our new kitchen and we are very happy with the quality of our new kitchen. The cabinets came i record time. While the other xompanies i got quotes from wete talking about a 6-8 week waiting time. Birkan got our 34 FT of kitchen cabinets installed in 3 weeks. They have their own mill work shop which made the process much easier. Happy to recommend!!

Just finished a fairly large home renovation project with Birkan and his crew at The Right Guys. Pleased with the work they have done for us which consisted two washrooms and a new kitchen. I felt The Right Guys were the perfect fit for me right off the bat! Birkan was very easy going, organized and super responsive. Always showed that he was looking out for our best interest. He allowed us to utilize all of his resources when making big purchases such as tiles,flooring, appliances which of course saved us my money or allocate our budget elsewhere in the project. What I really enjoyed about Birkan was his absolute transparency when answering our questions. We sure learned alot from working with him and hope everyone that works with them has the same experience.

The Right Guys renovated our washrooms and we are really happy with that we went with Birkan, Sahand, and Helia after a number of interviews with different contractors! Very professional, always willing to put the customer first and great suggestions on thought partnering from the beginning to the end of the project. They're very transparent on pricing and work their best to stick to quoted prices. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

My sister and I moved into an older home and we knew that we needed to finish the basement. We looked for contractors and found The Right Guys Design and Build. From our very first contact, Sahand and Birkan were professional and approachable. They took us through a home where they were presently working, so we could see the exceptional quality of their work prior to signing a contract with them. After seeing the high quality of their work, we decided to have them finish our basement and we never regretted our decision. They came to view the basement and made suggestions. At the next meeting, they reviewed what they would do and provided a detailed contract. During the work, all the workmen were professional and Sahand and Birkan were always available for questions.
Once started we were made aware of a few issues, such as the water softening unit could be moved to make one of the bedrooms bigger, the counter in the bathroom needed to be custom built to fit the sump pump and water lines needed to be moved. They clearly explained the issues and when asked about the expense, they said that these were all included even though they werent in the original contract. Near the end of the build, they decided that the stairs were too slippery (I have mobility issues) and they asked if we would be okay with having carpet installed on the stair at no extra cost. They also finished the utility room and added a fire door. They even arranged to have another company, who they vetted (we didnt have to worry about it) to have the basement waterproofed and the weeping tiles fixed. While there was an extra cost for this, it was very reasonable.
The basement is now a bright and warm space, with large bedrooms, a fun recreation space and a modern bathroom. We highly recommend this company for any project you have in mind. You will not be disappointed in any way.

After interviewing a few contractors I followed my instincts and went with Birkan and Sahand of The Right Guys. I was looking to do an extensive top to bottom minimalist, high quality, renovation of a large very dated condo. I am delighted with the result. Sahand and Birkan gave a detailed quote and timeline estimate and the value was excellent, renovation completed on time and excellent quality. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The first time I worked with The right guys was in 2017 when they completed a fairly large renovation in my condo downtown Toronto. They remodelled my kitchen and my master bathroom. I was extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish and the final outcome of the entire project. Birkan is always the first to point out any imperfections that might occur due to design. The right guys are always easy to work with, they allow me to make alterations and small changes without immediately talking about price adjustments. This always made me feel that their first objective is to complete a project with full satisfaction and that they are not just worried about the money. So of course when the conversation of a new renovation came up between my partner and I, The right guys were the first ones we called. I was dealing with another site manager this time but that didn’t stop the company from exceeding my expectations the second time around. Sahand (site manager) always made sure that I felt comfortable with my decisions and warned me about anything that I might have missed. They always cleaned up the site at end of each work they as if the job was complete. Because I had a new born, they had a cleaning crew come every day to clean up the site with vacuum and mop my floors to ensure the house has clean air. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality and perfection with no aggravation. 

Birkan is professional and efficient. He tells you what to expect and lives up to the expectations.

The job was fairly large (2 story deck) and I had been looking for a contractor for some time. Other contractors were either uninterested or unable to keep their commitments. The Right Guys were responsive (responded to my texts and phone calls) and gave me regular updates on the project's progress.

Birkan also helped find contractors to complete other repair work that was needed on my house.

The family and I were pleased with the exceptional work and workmanship of our finished deck. My wife was so happy with the work that she posted pictures of the progress on Instagram every day.

From the day I received the quote to the completion of the project was about 1.5 months. Fantastic job, Right Guys! I hope that you receive a lot of business - but please try and keep some room for me in your calendar, next summer.
