Astounding Outdoor Living Space Transformation!
After interviewing several contractors to undertake a significant outdoor renovation project which included some major earthwork and engineering, we couldn't have chosen a better partner for the job in Rob and Gazeebro.
Our project included:
-The removal of plants, fencing, and old structures located on a fairly steep hill.
-Engineering and installation of 3 heavy-loadbearing retaining walls
-Designing and installing a custom stone patio and water feature
-Installing a large cedar studio shed on a concrete bed.
-Custom stone steps
-Custom fence and gate surrounding the entire property
-Staining fence and shed
-Sourcing and planting 25+ mature trees and several dozen unique and hard-to-find Japanese specimen plants.
-Custom outdoor lighting solution to highlight the stonework as well
as specimen trees/plants
-Grading and Sodding of backyard
-An interlocked custom parking pad (front yard)
-Regrading existing interlock in the front entryway and installing new custom stone pyramid-style steps leading to the front entry.
This project was a significant undertaking with many unforeseen challenges along the way; but throughout the process, we witnessed pride, work ethic, integrity, reliability, craftsmanship, talent, and incredible attention to detail and quality. Day in, day out.
Rob is not only highly skilled in his trade, but he is exceptionally gifted from a design perspective with an uncanny imagination and eye for aesthetics, coupled with tremendous creativity.
We're beyond thrilled with the final product, quality of craftsmanship, and the value we received from a cost perspective. The saying goes "you get what you pay for"...and we feel we got more than what we paid for. Each item on the project list is executed flawlessly with tremendous care and craftsmanship, but the sum of all parts makes for a truly stunning new outdoor space that our family will enjoy for decades to come!
