Gazebros build us a great shed from our own plans. We wanted to maximize interior storage space and they delivered. Also great people to deal with, which is important since they are working in your home.

I needed a new shed and much better drainage in my backyard and Rob and his crew executed a solution (french drain), put in a new concrete pad and demolished the old shed/installed a new resin shed. Rob was very communicative and relatively easy to work throughout the whole process. He tried his best to accommodate my requests and worked with me to develop a solution. Im looking forward to seeing how well everything performs through the summer and into the winter. I recommend Gazeebros without hesitation.

We hired Robert and his crew to install concrete footings for a new metal gazebo, and to assemble the gazebo. Robert was quick to respond and quoted a fair price based on competitors. His team was efficient and took great care to clean up after themselves and were very respectful of our space. They did an excellent job, and were more than happy to explain every step of the process. They took the time to make sure that everything was level, and that the work was done correctly. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project.

It's entirely possible Gazeebros are great at their craft. You definitely would think so given their Instagram. What they aren't good at it customer service and following through on commitments.

I reached out to them in early May after seeing their reviews here on Homestars. I outlined my project and sent them photos as requested. The initial conversation was really helpful and I was looking forward to working with them. After sending everything over, I was told I would have a quote in a few days, but it never arrived.

A week later I reached out and was told they were busy but that a quote would be delivered by the end of the weekend. When it never arrived, I called back again and was told they were having computer issues but that they'd send it again, and if I didn't receive it that they'd then drop it off at my home. Surprise, surprise, it never arrived. I texted asking when I could expect it and was told they would call me 2 days later to sort everything out, which they never did.

At the end of all this, they wasted a bunch of my time and delayed my project by a month because they never followed through on their commitments.

Robert and his crew were professional, experienced and reliable. We had a few things going on the day of install and they were very polite and accommodating. They were tidy and left everything clean. After working with different contractors the past few months I have to say that Roberts honesty was refreshing. I would definitely recommend Gazeebro.
